ILUNO & International Students

Experienced instructors teach reading and vocabulary, grammar and writing, listening, pronunciation, TOEFL preparation, and critical-thinking skills. Instructors are available daily to meet with students to discuss their class work, language skills, and future academic plans.

Additional options for ESL undergraduate students.

IPD uses a “total immersion” approach: participants spend 26 hours per week in class and another 6 hours observing actual businesses or community organizations. Most live with American host families to deepen their cultural understanding and practice English outside of class.
