Making Invisible Histories Visible

Hello!

We are here to help you start your research. Have any questions? Just ask! Our contact information is on this page.

You can also get help by asking your teacher or graduate assistant.

This guide is a collection of all the helpful links we've gone over in our library sessions, plus a few more!

Access Criss Library databases

There are two ways to access Criss Library databases:

  1. Log in to the UNOGuest wifi on your laptop.
  2. Use a public computer on the main floor of the library.

Public Computers are located on the main floor in the two rows next to the print center. Go to the main desk and ask for a PIN to log in. A consecutive three hour limit per day is placed on public computer use. The time begins when you sign in with your pin and a visible countdown will remain on your screen.

The Library’s computers must be used only in ways that are appropriate, ethical, and lawful. Users of public access computers must respect the rights of other users and act in accordance with community standards for civility, courtesy, and responsibility.
