If a journal article is not available within any of the library’s databases or the library does not have a particular book available, you can submit an Interlibrary Loan request and we will try to get the item for you from another library.
You will need to create an account the first time you submit a request. Make sure to note you are an online or distance education student and fill out a mailing address when you set up your account so physical items can be mailed to you.
In most cases, PDF copies of journal articles are linked to your Interlibrary Loan account within two to three days of submitting a request. Obtaining copies of other kinds of publications may take longer given the time required to mail them.
Your professor may require you to read a journal article, book chapter, or another publication through electronic reserve at the library. They will give you a class password for access.
